13. 14. Nevertheless, if the floor piece is enhanced with grid steel mesh or similar materials to a level less than 70 mm below the surface area, special drilling equipment will be required and any additional costs sustained will be to the purchaser's account.
Unless specified in writing our quotation assumes a reasonable condition of flatness of flooring. Flatness tolerances must be within + 3 mm inside a 3 metre radius. Extra expenses incurred in making up for a faulty or irregular floor will be to the purchaser's account. 19. We book the right to designate or subcontract out the entire or any part of this contract at our discretion.

21. The Purchaser will pay the Seller instantly. If the Buyer fails to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notice, withhold delivery of any more Goods to the Buyer and may terminate, without liability to the Buyer, any or all subsisting agreements in between the Seller and the Purchaser.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate appropriate on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Rate is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise defined in writing.
